1)Establish a taxpayer card from the Taxation Department / Unique Identification Number (UIN);
2) Register your enterprise in the Ministry of Trade`s Importers database;
3) Establish an Import Declaration (D.I) at the SGS:
(required for all goods whose FOB value is greater than or equal to 1,000,000 FCFA as well as for new vehicles);
4)Obtain a Report on Valuation and Classification(RVC), for goods with an FOB value greater than or equal to 2,000,000 FCFA, from the SGS;
5) Obtain an insurance certificate;
6) Establish a Certificate of Circulation (case of possible benefit from a preferential tariff) or of the certificate of origin (case of non-preferential origin).
1) Obtain authorisations and technical visas for certain goods (pharmaceutical products, products dangerous for the environment and public safety, pesticides and plants, fumigation certificate for second-hand clothes, ionization certificate for salts, CITES certificate, etc.) ;
2)Obtaining the certificate of conformity with the Cameroonian standard (products with regulated normes under the PECAE: Pre-Boarding Compliance Verification Program in the export country);
3) Sticker licences in the country of export or impotr for products subject to the security sticker program (cigarettes, alcoholic beverages).
