FORMALITIES PRIOR TO THE EXPORT OF GOODS
1. Registration in the file of exporters, with the Ministry of trade;
2. Obtaining a taxpayer card from the tax authorities and updating it in the customs information system;
3. Obtaining special authorizations, permits or visas, (species threatened with extinction, mining products, works of art, textile products, CITES certificates, etc.)as the case may be;
4. Obtaining a purchase order accompanied by a final invoice registered with a first-class bank;
5. Establishment of a Movement Certificate (case of possible benefit from a preferential rate in the country of destination: CEMAC CEEAC-EUR 1 movement certificate, AGOA textile Visa and Form A for preferential origin) or certificate of origin for the non-preferential origin;
6. Obtain a stuffing certificate for exports in containers;
7. Establish an Export Declaration from the SGS (cocoa, coffee, wood and medicinal plants). For other goods with a value greater than or equal to 500,000 FCFA, as well as an export declaration on Form 1 registered with a first class bank;
8. Obtain sanitary and phytosanitary certificates as the case may be.
